Our systems are comprised of parts supplied by well-known manufacturers. In the event of failure of a specific part in the system, replacement parts can be sourced and supplied rapidly.

In the case of Year 2000 issues, each of the suppliers websites can be visited to determine the year 2000 compliance of each system. A list of the manufacturers and associated links to websites is given below.

With regard to custom software provided by Nupro Corporation, any software written and installed after January 1, 1999 is fully compliant. Software shipped prior to this date is compliant with minor issues. First, any programs that write data files that incorporate a 2-digit year in the filename will continue to function, however, the filename will contain only 00 representing the year 2000.

Also, any date displays on the computer screen will not display the correct date. This does not affect program operation or data storage and an update can be requested to correct this problem.
